Please note the start is from the lay-by almost opposite the Damson Dene Hotel on the A5074 at 9.30. The A5074 is the road from Gilpin Bridge to Bowness
Dave says ‘If the Windermere ferry isn’t running the ride will go elsewhere, starting from the same place at the published time’.
The Club now expects riders to have their emergency contact information (ICE) with them when on rides.
Sunday and Thursday Rides are now planned almost until the end of November, and are on the diary, but only three rides for December, including the ride to the Thursday Riders Christmas meal at Knott End on the 12th. Volunteers to lead from December onwards are encouraged and welcomed. Dates can now be included into 2025. Anyone can post their ride reports and photos on the Group Facebook page - once they’ve joined it.
